Shipping policy

We make every effort to ship within 24 hours. In the event that the item is sold out we will contact you to arrange a substitution.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in USPS or UPS's hands. Most orders do arrive to their destination within 5 business days. We encourage you yo order in timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. If package gets lost in the mail we will make every effort to help you locate it.

However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once it leaves our shop its out of our hands.
